★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DONT BOOK THE ELEPHANT TOUR.
Let's start from the beginning. The person or "travel agent" on the phone is rude. They tel you to be down at the lobby by 9:15. And when I went downstairs at 9. they were already gone. So I had to call the travel agent and ask him to send the taxi again. And he mumbled something and hung up in my face......the hotel consiger had to help me out instead.
Second. They advertises that you clean them and bathe them and feed them YOU DONT. They tell you we'll find out when we get there. It's not 1732 they have cell phones. They just don't want to tell you that the 50$ you paid isn't going to get you what you paid for, so they drag you on a 2 hour drive and then tell you the river level is too high....you get to the " sanctuary" it's not. The elephants are stuck in small cages swinging left to right in distress(also if you want to feed them you have to pay(that should have been included in the price but it's not). It's depressing. They show you a video about how they "relocate" and it's all just them drugging and reviving them. I'm short they move them because they can't kill them, and they want to take over their land to make more room for agriculture......later they bring the elephants to swim or bathe for 5 minutes and then they do some tricks like a circus. Then you give them some fruits and take pictures with them.
In all honesty it's a waste of money. And time.
Iv never wrote a review no matter how bad my experience. But today pushed me over the edge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid avoid avoid avoid!!!!!!!!!!! Booked the elephant sanctuary tour through klook and these tour operators only know how to waste time. After they picked us up from the hotel, wasted 30 mins for them to get organised for their other tours. We were also taken to an art gallery for 20 mins which wasn’t part of the tour. Guides were hopeless, didn’t know what the agenda was but only to see if they could waste time because they had to fill time up. They themselves said this in Cantonese, which they didn’t realise I understood.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The tour guide name William is very rude. He started the trip from Kuala Lumpur late for about one our from the original schedule. Later on during the trip he cut short every visiting sites. At one place we returned about 5 minutes late and he scolded us. His behavior is terrible. I woulf recommend you not to book any trip with this agent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Driver who picked up us didn't show any respect to customers. We're taken to many more pick up places before getting in to the arranged vehicle to our destination. And the driver who drove us to Sunway Lagoon asked us to be returned at the entrance sharp on time and he told in case we'd be not there at the time he mentioned, the vehicle'd be left. Provided us a sticker to be pasted on our dress which was impractical and rude. Not the best of the service. Even the driver's disciplines were not that good. Unsafe driving and uncomfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a day, my tour to the elephant sanctuary was absolutely perfect! I was afraid that I wouldn't be able to get there, as I was travelling alone and all the tours seemed private and super expensive. Luckily, the tourist info helped me find Tour51. Visiting the elephants was an amazing experience. The guide was very helpful, when we stopped for the lunch (it's free!) and there was a bit of a problem because all of us had different dietary requests (halal/veg/vegan), he brought some of us to a different place. Best lunch in my life! Big thumbs up for Tour51!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the Genting Highlands Tour which was misrepresented by the online booking company as most of the attractions aren't open yet. However the skyrail alone was worth it. We were half an hour late having got lost in finding the pick up spot. They went out of their way to send another small bus to pick us up to join the tour bus. Most impressed and tour guide spoke English amongst other languages. Bus was clean & comfortable with seat belts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We've had 3 trips through this company during our family vacation of which have given us different experiences. The afternoon city tour we had we were highly disappointed with. The guide was very rude and arrogant, even at one point saying to us 'don't be late ok because people have things to do' . Very disappointing to be apart of that kind of behaviour. He wasn't interested in answering our questions and ignored my family in every way possible. The second tour we did was the elephant sanctuary. This tour was great and our tour guide was so informative and highly educated . We learned about the whole history of Malaysia and he even gave us a demonstration of the rubber tree. The last tour we did was the Malacca full day tour . We were left to wait outside in the heat with no instructions for over 20 minutes past the departure time! . The van we travelled in was small and the air conditioning wasn't working well - considering we have a 19 month old boy this wasn't good . The tour guide was not very informative and he was acting like he had better things to do. On top of the late departure he told us he would stop talking once he entered the freeway as he needed to concentrate .. we travelled in silence for over 2 hours . We also stopped twice along the way? as he needed a break too . This could have been extra time we spent there.This company can improve their services as a whole by giving clear instructions to people when they get off the hotel pick up van . This will leave us less confused and it will give us an idea of what to expect - rather than keeping us in the dark and making us wait in the heat. As for tour guides some serious thought needs to be put into it . This can make or break your experience as my family and I have discovered

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really enjoyed the city tour with Tour51. The bus was clean, the a/c was comfortable, and the tour guide was great. He gave us clear instructions when arriving at each location, he provided interesting information about KL, and we never felt rushed or held up. The pace of the tour was very comfortable. Pick up and drop off at our hotel was hassle free. My family had a great experience. Thank you for providing an excellent service.
