★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Small, chaotic center. You have to run from one counter to the other.
The guy from the parking counter made me add the third star. After seeing our luggage and that of most others, and the boat that was supposed to take, we decided to take our car to the next hotel. He had no problem refunding the parking fee.

This place is a scam. It’s not an official tourist center. It’s just a travel agency, you even have to pay for the toilet. The toilets are dirty.
When taking the bus from KL to Taman nagara they make you stop here and try to upsale you for expensive tickets and tours. They cannot be trusted. We bought a tour here, when coming to Taman Nagara it did not exist.
Do not buy anything here!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very unnecessary, the boat tickets should be handed when purchasing the tickets. Pointless queue (they only did it to sell additional tours to people). You have no choice but to eat at the restaurant and the food was very average and not the best price either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The restaurant wasn't very clean and didn't offer really good food. We had to wait for hours to get on the boat, it was a trip of 3 hours to our resort. I recommend to take a bus or taxi back, since 3 hours a allot of time to see everything again. Apart from that, you did get a feeling for the national park.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I dint like a lady there, who stopped smiling and got a slight bit annoyed, when she realised we are not buying into her plans. No much option for food, but just outside that theres s small restaurant kinda small, roti was good there.
This tourist centre definitely needs an upgrade, its pretty rush and amenities are torn n very outdated.
