★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Calling at the very last minute (only left 2 days to our departure date) and saying their service provider is unable to provide the flight and accommodation details as promised???? AT THE VERY LAST MINUTE????!!! SERIOUSLY????? When we kept asking for the flight and accommodation details, you guys confidently replied "Don't worry. Your travel date is confirmed. We are only waiting for the flight schedule and accomodation details." Now how confident are you about all this??? You guys mentioned that you'll give the full refund and compensation. But this sort of treatment is totally unacceptable!!! You guys might push the blame to your service provider, but who's going to compensate all the money we spent to prepare for this trip????? RM 1k is not enough!!!! Me and my husband were very excited to go for a good break. And now this very saddening news reached us when there's only 2 days left???? If you guys cannot promise us the things you guys mentioned then you guys should just close down your company!!!! I'm very disappointed and angry at your service!!! Totally not professional at all!!!!! Rush people to pay the installments on time but you guys treat your customers like dirt!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hi there. Hope everyone is looking for some relaxation after heavy long work. I did the same by choosing TouristGuide.Asia@ Infinity Vacation Sdn. Bhd. visiting Western Europe (France, Switzerland and Italy) from 20-Sep-18 till 30-Sep-18. Initially I was reluctant and not confident enough to trust the organization but after review their webpages and customer's reviews, I have decided to do bookings. I was truly happy that my holidays trip has occured as planned without any issues. Trip was arranged, itinenary was shared and plan executed. My wife and I felt very satisfied with the tour guide cum driver. All hotels are reasonably good for this price given except the Premiere Classe @ Avignon which needs serious attention by the organization. All planned locations were visited without any major gap. We had wondeful time together with our Group 1.0 members. This even made the tour greater with strong teamwork and great understanding. I will definitely choose this organization for next holidays trip and also would recommend to others. Now everyone can go far for holidays with this organization. Million thanks to everyone who made our dreams come true. Thank you. Ravin & Jaya.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful vacation with my husband in Paris. We were very impressed with the helpful bookings made included in the package, especially the flight, transportation, passes and our hotel in Disneyland (I dont really like the hotel in paris because they dont have air cond and its summer! ? but the location was strategically good) Overall, touristguide asia is indeed legit and impressive, looking forward for our next trip with them ?

I booked another trip to turkey. But now i noticed so many issues with touristguide asia. It seems impossible to get a refund. I feel disappointed and i am sorry if my previous review had convinced people into taking a trip with this company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just recently went to Western Europe (France, Switzerland & Italy) through Tourist Guide with my wife. Had my doubts at first as this was my first big money trip out of Asia. We had our flight tickets and accommodation details about 2-3 weeks before our trip, just as informed by the agents in Tourist Guide. We were given flight tickets (Qatar airlines). And the hotels we stayed were 4 star hotels. We had about 8 nights stay as part of the trip and extended further 3 more nights on our own at Paris. It's really worth for what we paid as they have included flight tickets, accommodation and transportation (in bus throughout Eur). Certainly will travel again with them. Just need to give them time to process as sometimes they coordinate the trip itenaries / book hotels through external travel agencies/hotels. It was a wonderful experience to both of us. ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just got back from our Paris trip. And it was amazing! Everything went smoothly as they have arranged and as we have planned. It was a memorable trip with my husband. The two free days, we went to London and Liverpool to optimize our trip. We are so grateful to book through their agency and i don't think we are able to afford a trip like this without their great-value package. Special shout-out to Ms. Maznah who have patiently explaining to every query i've made, even called me personally to assure me everything is OK, and also sending out our tickets and vouchers around 45 days before our departure, which was earlier than they've promised. Overall, everything is great and I'll definitely book with them again. Thank you for everything :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic Paris 5D4N package from Tourist Guide. Me and my wife had a wonderful and sweet moments throughout the journey. The airlines, ground travel package and transport services arrangement are good and well arrange.
Although the first two days hotel that we stayed is a bit small, the other two days the hotel is awesome and comfortable.
Overall this trip is a five star service and comfort trip and definitely we will choose our next holiday via Tourist Guide and will recommend to friends and family. Well done and cheers.

Tourist guide had made a fabulous arrangement and made sure that we really had a good & satisfying trip. Flight,hotels,the tour guide in Europe were all arranged accordingly. It is definitely an awesome trip packages to be purchased from Tourist Guide, value for money. I’m having a long list of packages to be bought from them after this wonderful trip.
