★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is SOHO status...so you pay Water and Electricity based on Commercial rates and not private house rates...so dont be shocked when you see how high the utility bills are every month. Ask the people staying there and you will know.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only reason this place is getting 3 stars is because of ECONSAVE supermarket which just inside the basement where you can find anything from a pin to plane so an ease of life for that specific reason.
Rest the electricity is private over here.
With minimal usage you can expect to pay MYR 300. This the only drawback +water is MYR 70 for being privatised.
These are some major cones for the people who start living on rent before they come and see the properties.
