β β β β β It's a wholesale and retail of toys and household products; basically a somewhere similar concept to Mr. DIY but more products yet not too organised and comfortable. Good to hunt for cheaper toys than in usual retail. They offer both genuine and imitation toys. Not suitable to bring the entire family for shopping as it's rather dusty. Staffs aren't particularly helpful, but the older aunty is, should be the owner's mother, I believe. βοΈ

β β β β β I decided to buy at this online shop a hot wheels set for my newphew as his birthday present. Wanted to know more about the product information and warranty since it's battery operated so I decided to call the shop to get better clarification. The guy who was on the phone was quite rude and did not really answer my questions.
My first call was on sunday and I was told to call back on Monday which I did. But on the operating hours stated in the website, the store is open even on Sunday.
My second call on Monday was worse, I asked whether any warranty is available for the product and didnt get a clear answer. The guy said it was 3 days, but didnt say the 3 days starts from the day i purchased the item or the day I received the item. Before I could get further clarification, he hung up on me. This for me was a bad customer experience as I almost decided to buy from the shop, before I was treated this way. I would not purchase anything from this shop even for a cheaper price compared to other online retailers. I highly recommend people to avoid shopping from this shop due to bad customer service experience.

Nice environment, very underrated!!! 100% recommended, very fun place for kids as there are claw machines filled with fun prizes and the only claw machine that has original products. Loved it ? β β β β β Cant give them even a single star, since cant post with out a star so adding one. Worst customer care service. I order online on their website and wanted to make a change to order, I called on WhatsApp number on Friday provided on website they said they will notify the team on Monday as the office is closed, from then I tried to contact them on Tuesday and Wednesday on WhatsApp/Email/Other Office phone number but no reply to messages and calls. Today is Wednesday, almost 3rd day and don't bother to reply. And on the site the order is still showing processing only. Will never ever buy from them and also will never suggest anyone to buy from them.
