★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They have a nice selection of toddler rides you can rent - remote controlled car, etc - but the last time we were here the service was so piss poor that we had to call up management on their number listed at the counter. The guys working here don’t give two hoots about cleaning their rentals despite a large sign that claims the toys gets sanitized regularly (which was a total lie as the seat were full of leaves dust and other gunk left behind by previous children and nature as a result of very rare cleaning...). A call to management seem to have put them into high gear and do their work, but damage done. While I had a nice conversation with whoever picked up the call at HQ, I’ve yet to see a big improvement in the rentals on display. I hope they do though as Plaza Arkadia is a really strategic location with tons of kids everywhere...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super rude staff and regretted to brought my kids for a toy-ride... Especially the plump guy (I think he's a Bangladeshi) who handles the ride. Never bring your kids here no matter how much your kids wanted to... There re alot more nice places than here.

Business is good but lack of staff and bad staff attitude at cashier counter, kept talking on the phone.
Such a waste that management never look into this problem.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you bringing your kids here to play some arcade games, don't!!! All the arcarde games I took photo is spoiled and not working properly. I mentioned to the staff they don't even bother to close the faulty machine and people keep wasting their money. Irresponsible and scamming shop.
