β β β β β Lots of toys and especially educational toys for the kids. While my daughter was testing some of the educational toys function (for those written there "try me/press me") there was this non local staff came over and stand nearby. I thought he want to offer some help or explain on the products but he just stood there looking at her, as if like he scare the toys will be damage or we are going to steal some stuff. If in that case, don't display it or keep inside in the storeroom then nobody can touch and test it. Bad experience.

β β β β β Update: 01/2021 got the call from owner and they addressed my issue very well also assured to improve skill for staff.
Non customer friendly behavior by starling branch staff name Helal.
He tried 3 packet to test toy but all were faulty.
1.First place he told can not exchange as its 7 day old purchase.(23 nov) even online toyworkd policy is 14 days.
2.He even don't know how to start toys and do basic testing.
3.ask me to wait for almost 40 min to complete testing.
4.another excused, can not return money
5.finally when he was out of excused, he call owner for final verdict.
After 2 hours negotiation with toy world staff, I was able to get the money back.
Toy world is very reputed brand in Malaysia.such kind of unprofessional staff with kind of attitude is not acceptable.
So I have dropped idea to buy another toy from there. I hope toy world team will look into this matter.

β β β β β We bought a toy racing car and a car / drone. The racing car cost about RM38, so not super-cheap but not overly expensive either. The car / drone was RM188. When we got home the car worked after a certain amount of shaking. The drone eventually worked as a car but not as a drone.
The drone situation was saved by the excellent shop person Sohel. He immediately got to work and replaced the faulty item, demonstrating it worked before handing it back to me. I tried to give him a tip by way of thanks but he refused despite my insistence. So much better now.
Toy World take note - if you're looking for someone to promote, this is your guy.
