★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to this salon twice.Im never stepping into this salon again.The first time i went the hair cut was fantastic the junior stylish know what he is doing and achieves customers satisfaction.The second time i went to the salon i choses the professional stylish.Im being served by a lady.Without asking whether the front portion needed to be long or short and straight away cut it.I have a extremely thick hair so makes it hard to style. Im very unpleasant with the second haircut.Being force to pay so much but ended up looking like cut in indian store.???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came during a week when the senior stylists were not around due to some work thing. I was still served professionally by the junior stylists. Did a hair treatment and hair cut. Hair treatment was good, costed RM 288, they let you lie down on an actual massage chair while steaming. Hair cut was also good. Only criticism would be that he did not confirm that I was happy w the length of hair cut, and also they said it would take an hour but it took about 2h. Anyway this salon is the only hair salon in the whole mall so if you have to do your hair you don't have much choice. Would recommend this place nonetheless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly, I would never recommend this salon to anyone. They charged me $700 for just doing a straightening on the top and curls at the bottom. Barely met my expectations. The curls never set in. The hairstylist complained that it's taking too long for my hair to be straightened ( I've been doing this for the longest time and no stylist have complained about hair texture. In fact all stylist told me that my hair is fine). It's been only three weeks and the curls have gone.
The hairstylist - Belinda, Berenice, whatever her name is was horrible. She kept rushing me with cutting my fringe. Didn't even give her opinion about how the cut would suit my face.
Made a mistake by heading here. And I'll continue to write about them cause they didn't meet the customers expectation. Service level was bad too.
Better recommendation - jb city Square were much better services

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time here, served by (Professional) Hairstylist Amy, she is detailed and her skill is considered quite alright. Looking at my next visit to find out more.
Overall service, hairstylist is quite upfront about the price before you go in to sit down for your haircut, no hidden cost for me.
1. Cut and wash ($49 + $12 = $61)
2. She prompted me, if i want to sit down to wash (+$22) or lie down to wash (+$12), i chose lying down first.
3. Later i realised her haircut skill is quite detail and she takes note on my instruction, noticed her professionalism.
4. Later i upgrade my hair wash by choosiny the +$22.
When i walked out, she prompted me to have a $500 package, i told her i will consider when i come back on my 2nd or 3rd visit to see if the service is continually good.
The price i paid in total was $71, to be honest, it is abit high, but no doubt the overall service i felt was there was good. I will consider for a second time visit soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Did a perm n hair cut (men) by Ivan, while my wife had a haircut. Both hair stylist are very professional and patient. Outcome of our new styles are great too. Went on a Thursday evening so there was not much of a queue. Will certainly return.
