1) Make an enquiry about Altis, was told unable to direct me to show room as extension is out of reach. Hand phone no was given and was told will ask sale person to call - 3 days pass - no body contact me.
2) Another matter, make enquiry about polishing my Vellfire front lamp. Also say will find out & call me back - 3 Days since, no news

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Phone receptionist rude AF. After transfer line to Sales dept and no one pick up, just cut off my line directly. At least have the courtesy to inform that no one is working at the sales dept now.
Called back and wanted to screw that girl and she straight transferred my call to Sales dept.
I called again and no pick up after that.
Lousy.
I thought of checking if I can get the new Harrier here. Too bad, find other branch instead. You are not the only Toyota branch around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service car is ok but for washing car at specially washing engine must becareful. Once happen to me, they wash the car & engine made my alternator problem, they said they not they responsibility and they request my the paid the spare part but workmanship is free. How can get this feedback, so that happen since i haven't going there anymore. So to you out there must becareful. Others toyota service centre is better than this. The best part only free food but if something happen to your car, you will pay more the food price. So be smart

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came in around 810 on a Monday. There were 7 customers already waiting. I was only attended by the maintenance guy at 925. They took my car in for maintenance at 1005. So yeah, I've spent nearly 2 hours doing nothing. You guys really need to polish up your customer experience skills. Won't be coming here again.
