β β β β β The customer service on WhatsApp was surprisingly rude when I needed further detailed clarification on the pricing differences for car servicing stated in website. Understand that we as customer as the right to know what we are paying for.

β β β β β Booked service on 9am and car ready by 1pm (4 hrs of service), wonder now toyota spare part so difficult to obtain, waited 3 weeks for the toyota altis 2017 bearing and still waiting atm...

β β β β β I went to Service Center Toyota Kelana Jaya - Unitedstar Corporation for my 20,000km service on 21/5/22.
After service, my car have some abnormal sound when I release then break or go thru bumper or turn steering during driving.
Then make the call for follow up and on 1/6/2020 I made the appointment.
Comes on 10:30am and they promised to finished checking and repair on 01:30pm but when go to counter they said this car still not yet checking
and asked for more time. They finished on 4:00pm.
Their action taken only apply the grease on long shaft but this problem still not solved until now.
I wasting my time for this stupid action taken and not solved until now.
Maybe need make another appointment and waste again my annual leave, time and money for this problem.
And they said my car cannot driving fast and will have problem? Really???
I sold my car Honda since their service cannot solve my problem (4 times follow) but same goes to Toyota.
Kindly please support this issues since this car just 1 year (buy on 25/5/2021).

β β β β β Serviced my car here and it's not crowded. They kept to their estimated delivery time which was 11 am (I arrived just before 9 am for the appointment). I got a call at exactly 11am that the car was ready. The service adviser and telephone receptionists were friendly and courteous. Although there are bigger Toyota service centres that I have visited before, this one by Unitedstar is very friendly and approachable. Thumbs up and will continue my regular car servicing here

β β β β β Mr Ang is very professional and showed us the spacious and comfortable customer lounge while waiting.
There are a few TV screen for customer to keep an eye on the car maintenance service repair.
Free WiFi is much appreciated.
