★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst Toyota services center I have seen since owning Toyota for past 7 years. Appointment at 9.30 am and was a normal service but now its 1.20 and still waiting. Customer waiting lobby coffee machine down and other drink or snack out of stock! Canteen closed. Poorly managed service by Toyota after outsourcing. Lost confidence on Toyota sales after service. Disappointed customer!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Been to many toyota service centre before. However, this service centre is more client/customer centric. It has a lounge area, waiting area, a mussolah for prayer. And if you set your appointment early in the morning, dont worry about breakfast. At least the usual malaysian breakfast is provided. And representative assistance? Look for amir. He is friendly. But all sales representative are friendly.
