★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Provide standard servicing for Toyota vehicles. Staff are friendly. A bit pricey as compared to external workshops but guaranteed original parts. Parking space are very limited. Cannot walk in must make booking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lousy service. This place hardly pick-up calls making it so hard to deal with them. The service are not professionals. Basically Toyota Malaysia customer service does not work well. It is hard to get touch and deal with them. Not to say about their call quality wich is very sad. I mean such a big company but what with the incompetent workmanship though?

They can even give you an estimation for services. Have a great customer lounge with free beverages. The service and parking area are a little congested so you can expect a bit of a delay.
