★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Am renewing my insurance today and had bad experience who the manager gave me wrong info and acting rude too. Yet he still insists he was right.... really hope that top mgmt shd send them for handling client training n update their sop n brochure n train/feed the frontline with right info to support client else impact the brand. When I asked the new insurance cover betterment or not and they asked me to read the print out brochure which had wrong info stated that it is not cover if more than 5 yrs car which is wrong info as if buy from Toyota panel it is cover till 10 yrs. poor customer service from the manager. But at least the frontline support is friendly and told they are new, I would say this is manager responsibility to ensure team readiness n assist whenever needed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Toyota Service Centre in Sungai Petani is the place I go for all our Toyota cars Service. I like this Centre. It has a huge comfortable place for customers to hung around while waiting for their car. The Centre has a free drink, Internet and has a proper table as well as charging points for the customer to do their work or leisure. Customer lounge is clean, aircond is comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appointment already made in app a week before and suddenly the service centre change the time without informing me. So unforgettable when the staff blame me due this changes. Feel bad for the first time going there for my service.
