Take my son car for 1st service...staff attending to me is very friendly and helpful...reach the service centre at 9.30am and estimate timing for the car to be ready is 11am as stated by the service advisor...Excately at 11am, I received the car...and during this waiting time, the center provide morning breakfast for us...they got nasi lemak bungkus, white coffee, milo and teh tarik...waiting lounge is comfortable .Will be looking forward for the next coming service..

I really loved this new ambience of Toyota service centre. The waiting area is really cosy and each seat equipped with power plug which really cater the current needs for most of the people who are mobile working. We can stay here do our work while waiting for our car to be serviced. There is also a lounge area that served hot & cold drinks. The toilet is very clean and refreshing with seat sanitiser for each toilet. Good job Toyota. This kind of environment that actually makes us feels comfortable and for sure I wont go to another service centre for my car.

Horrible to find parking inside. You have to try roadside parking at the front. Very crowded place. Majority here for service. Literally zero service when it comes to Sales of new cars. Even trying to find a car for test drive is like trying to find Waldo in the maze of cars - new, customer's a d TopMark 2nd hand cars. It's really a mess

Bad experience during 1st compulsory service at this SC. Checked in by 8.30am but collected the car by 12.30 pm after being questioned. At one point, observed that the car was lying unattended for more than 1 hours at the service bay. Unable to detect the defects as pointed out and told to make an appointment some other time. Items (Noviruclean + Bactakleen) not related to compulsory service were charged without upfront getting customer's consent but when questioned, the answer was, it was under their standard package.

Booked vios G spec silver in Dec 2021 and until today there is no update when will get the car. Contacted sales person to cancel booking, then he started to update but offering different colour and expected to get the car in Jun. One of my friend booked a car with same spec and colour from different centre in early Feb 2022 and get the car at the end of Feb while my other friend booked in Jan 2022 and get the car at the end of Feb. I have been informed by production staf that the production is good since Jan 2022 with approximately 80 cars per shift. So how come the car is still not enough. Now I’m really disappointed with this branch as well as the sales person. He is nice but not helping. I tried to cancel my booking and looks like being fooled as he tries to attract my attention by mentioning that the car will be out early of April. However he keeps on saying will update later for confirmation??‍♀️ I am not angry but disappointed. ?

Not to say don't wanna come, but forced to visit many times as the service and workmanship will need you come back several times to re-work (Not my personal car, but company's car, bought from there). And surprisingly after doing regular maintenance they will not return you those empty bottles of lubricant oil as proof of purchase (reason given is: they pump from big drum, not small pack size). Curious. P/S: Please refer to reg. no. KDA 8585

Here for my car 2nd service. Thought that the car wash and vacuum cleaning service is default but I was wrong, lesson learned. Spacious lounge waiting area with complimentary drinks provided.

Noticed a difference, looks like they renovated. Very comfy waiting experience, with free wifi, free flow drinks (coffee, tea, juices), sparkling clean toilet with sanitizer for seat T_T and individual booths with charging outlet. Parking can be a bit tough.
