★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pergi sini 9/1/2022 lebih kurang pukul 8.30pm... Cashier perempuan tak mesra langsung bila tanya soalan... Dengan dahi berkerut... Baik tukar staff jela... Rasa menyampah dengan cara layanan dgn muka macam tu... Spend RM600 so first n last jela pergi situ..
 Went here 9/1/2022 around 8.30pm ... The female cashier was not friendly at all when asked questions ... With a frown ... It's good to change the staff ... Feels like rubbish with the way the service with that kind of face .. Spend RM600 so first n last jela pergi situ ..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The worst service ever. The girl pemalas. I am a member and i wanted to radeem my points. She said she cannot do anything if i dont have my card number. I said it has been done through my mobile number. She said no cannot. I wasted 15 minutes to settle the problem by downloading the app and then while i was terkejar dgn kids to do it. She got bored of waiting, printed a receipt and apparently my card number is there. I wasted no f-ing reasons. The most moronic human being ever. Customer service toys r us tak angkat and the msg is full. Worst human being i’ve ever met. The place was FREAKING EMPTY and itu pun dia pemalas!!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As an American living in KL, I went here today because why not. As a single man without any children coming here makes me not ever want to have kids. Not because kids are annoying but because Toys are fkn expensive. Like WOW! RM40 for a small piece of plastic that costs probably 10 cents to make?! Talk about a mark up. I should get into the toy business. In America toys r us is basically bankrupt but here in Malaysia it seems they are opening more and more stores. I have added most photos in the store to show you the prices of all the toys. There’s no way I would come here to buy my kids toys. There are far cheaper options both in Malaysia and America. For starters you can get 80% cheaper toys if you go to Mr.DIY which is just one floor above this place. I suppose if you are super rich and want to splurge on the branding go ahead. But if you have multiple kids there’s no way I would allow them to come into this store. Heck I wouldn’t even walk close to this toy store if I was a dad. I don’t think I could say no to my kids but I also don’t want to waste money buying him cheap plastic toys. It’s probably worse if you have daughters. 5 stars cuz of the branding, cleanliness of the store but no way I’m bringing kids near this spot or you can just burn ur money. Unless ur really good at saying no to ur kids. If ur single and want a reminder if u want kids or not come here by urself or with ur partner and do some math accounting. Anyways that’s my 2 cents.
