โ โ โ โ โ Loan submission is approved prior to come for sign agreement motorcycle purchase. Arrived about to enter the shop, then been informed the loan cancel due to discrepancy on year of manufacture of motor. Bad customer service. with this MCO, the hassle to come to shop with this bad treatment from shop is really inconvenient.

โ โ โ โ โ My first time buying motor, salesgirl is not helping much,i ask about the OTR cannot even answer my question, nk pursue customer to apply loan je.. some more need to wait for 3-4 weeks to get the motorcycle, at least have some courtesy to inform customer earlier that the stock is not ready stock, ckp lepas lulus loan nk kne booking. we customer dont sell motor, we dont know your terms .. please improve your communications skills..loan dah lulus but no LOU, black and white or any text from the loan team to proved to loan has been approved, very suspicious..now scammer everywhere, at least don't text like scammer and robot. call pon tak jwp.. very bad experience for me..

I tried to husnuzon but I need to let people know.
Saw this ads on mudah.my about RA GP 125
I'd WhatsApp the number given on 20/1/22 and the seller is very responsive.
26/1 loan application approved.
Paid booking fee RM880 on 29/1/22 and the seller name Jerry said color that I want out of stock, so I need to wait 2-3 week (estimate end of Feb I'll get it) and then after 3 weeks, everytime I asked he replied kilang stok hujung bulan baru sampai kalau takda delay.
Fast forward, 8/4/22 he texted me that my RA GP already arrived at th shop and then I went to get it. Waited for 3months, signed all the documentation and received it with 80% quality when I sat on my motorcycle the creak sounds so loud like an antique motorcycle, I also find difficulty and stiffness when I tried to make a turn.
13/5/22 after about a month using it, my digital meter number not working and the handle been stiff
Went to CMC MOTORCYCLE SERVICE CENTER and they repair and did some service to my motorcycle within 3 days. No more creak sounds. Thank God.
Moral of the story, if you interested to buy RA GP just walk in to CMC MOTORCYCLE. Their service is tiptop and fast. Bought from TR MotorWorld late updates because the seller is not located in Cheras. He's stated in Johor.
