★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1) responsive before payment, non responsive after payment. feeling dishonesty on info provided, saying item already shipped but checking with courier service, item still yet to receive by them. how to ship without item receive by courier service? please be more responsive.
2) item got issue, send back and about 1week, not even get my replacement and yet not responsive to customer msg, really poor respond on handling issue.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ What a junk xiaoMi electric kettle purchased last year with 6 mth warranty, kettle won’t stop boiling and malfunctioned splashed boiling out water everywhere. Contacted the company and same kettle now carry 12 mths warranty from March 2021 onwards. You know you have an inferior product from the start, you should acknowledge the problem for after sales repair option to customer and not wipe everything off.
A normal Panasonic kettle cost less than Rm100 last any time longer than a year. Very bad company. Don’t buy from this on shoppee or lazada.

Buying a phone from them is like buying an airplane. Takes ages to get a reply and very rude customer service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought the Xiaomi Roidmi F8 Cordless Vacuum Cleaner from TradeShoppe on Lazada. They delivered the wrong product. Fortunately, from then on everything went well. The customer service team handled the complaint perfectly, replacing the wrong item with a brand new one. They were real courteous and professional throughout the entire process.
Visited their warehouse at Tropicana Avenue for the replacement process, and it was a good experience too. Just a matter of finding the right elevator (near Coffee Bean).
Overall satisfied and would highly recommend.
