β β β β β The food is very savoury and the taste is consistent throughout the years. However recently when I went to Kuchai Lama branch, I realised the restaurant has reduced the portion a lot for add on veggies.
This is notwithstanding the add on veggies actually costs additional charges. To make the experience worse, the restaurant decided to remove all the supply of tissues which used to be provided to all diners last time. When I asked the waitress for tissues, the waitress answered me with a rude tone "no tissues!". Palatable food and pleasant dining experience are equally important. I will not bring my friends and families to this restaurant ever again.

β β β β β Rated it 5 stars because the food is awesome. Pan mee?? reasonable price. Good & clean environment. But parking might abit difficult to get.
Not even pan mee nice, their signature dumpling rice is fantastic too! Portion is big so better share with few of u. ?
Lei cha was serve with attractive and neat order. Taste is good too. Recommended for lei cha lover

β β β β β Ordered 3 signatures dishes: lei Cha, pan mee and fried tofu. They have no idea ppl opt for lei Cha do want a healthy meal, yet the lei Cha cooked with pepper and taste too heavy for my liking. Pan mee is normal but fried tofu is another failure. the paste is over fried yet they served it to us.the owner just doesn't care anymore.

β β β β β Looks understaffed and the service by the workers can be improved. When we came in there were no greetings from them whatsoever. They also didn't give any tissues. When we sat down they didn't bring any menus to us. It actually seems that they lack training, not that they are rude like some reviews here suggest otherwise. The waitress looks like she was trying her best.
Since the drinks came first I am going to review it. They were...mindblowing. U can really taste the authentic gula melaka added inside.
As for the food I went for the pan Mee and wasn't disappointed. The noodles were really chewy and delicious. They also gave fat anchovies and some small bread that u can dip in the soup. Take note that this only came with my soup pan Mee. I'm not sure whether they will give the side topping if u order the dry variation.
The only complaint I have is the 5% service charge they give. No tissues, greetings, and the staff weren't well-trained.
Overall I really like the food. If you are really particular about good service then maybe this isn't the place for you. I am also curious about how the lei Cha tastes like :P. Worth trying out! They just need more staff.
