★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pandangan pertama terhadap bas ni agak teruk. Sbb x sempat naik pon basnya. Saya first time naik transnasional. Beli ticket online n dia tulis kat situ pick up kat Stesen bas Tanah merah. So tunggu la kat stesen bas tanah merah tu setengah jam x muncul2 basnya. Pi tanya akk kaunter kat situ rupa rupanya transnasional x naik kat stesen bas tanah merah rupanya. Tempat naik kat bandar. So rushing la gi kejar bas n tanya staff kat stesen bas utk transnasional bas da depart. Pastu tanya la knp x call sbb penumpang 5 org je time tuuh.. X kan x leh call kot. Nak refund or tukar tiket pon x boleh sbb dia ckp kesalahan penumpang sendiri. Betol la saya silap sbb x selidik. Tp staff pon tunjuk la effort utk pelanggan . at least call skali tanya kat mana. Melayang rm60. Lain kali tulis kat tiket tempat pick up yg betol
terperinci yaaa.. X semua customer asal situ n tau selok belok situ.. Kalo first time customer mcm saya kan masalah nnti.
The first look at the bus was quite bad. Sbb x gotta ride his bus. My first time was transnational. Buy online ticket n he wrote there pick up the Red Land Bus Station. So wait for the red ground bus station for half an hour x appears on the bus. Pi asked me if there was a transnational look up to the red land bus station apparently. Places to go to town. So rushing the bus to ask the staff for the bus station for transnational buses and departures. Please ask la knp x call sbb 5 passengers je time tuuh .. X kan x leh call kot. To refund or exchange tickets x may be the reason for your own passenger's fault. Well, I did wrong as a questionnaire. But the staff point out their efforts to customers. at least call skali ask where. Fly rm60. Next time write the ticket to the pick up place
