β β β β β This is an awesome development with tastefully designed semi detached houses, some of which come with dual frontage. The guardhouse is a great entrance statement and extrudes class and high end residence that fits an upper middle class. 8ft tall tall anti-climb fencing with cctv surveillance system in place that offers the residents here a peace of mind. There are copious amount of 40ft linear park right behind in your back lane, with lots of trees for greenery! It's a mini heaven on earth here in the sub-urban area of Selangor! Across the street you will find an 85-acre recreation park with lakes. Those who gave a 1star rating reviews here are those who cant afford the luxury offered by Tropicana Aman, Ecosanctuary or Rimbayu that collectively, build the most beautiful township.and community in Kuala Langat and Teluk Panglima Garang area. Full 5star rating!

β β β β β Very good environment with cool breeze/wind all year round! That explains the amount of cyclists, joggers, and recreational activities happening almost every evening. Cheria is built on a slight elevation so no worries of flooding any time soon. (Also, no reported land sinking issues within the Cheria neighbourhood). Due to Cheriaβs Panahome Pre-fabricated Concrete Panelled walls, the heat insulation is very good! When coupled with the constantly windy conditions, you can literally have a good long nap right in the sunny afternoon with just the sliding window opened and a living room fan on. (Air conditioners donβt have to work as hard to keep the cool temperature, lesser electric bills too!).
Lots of food/essentials variety in the area (such as Tropicana Sinaria, Sanctuary Mall, Gamuda Quayside Mall, Rimbayuβs Blossom Drive/Blossom Square, Pubs & Bars (which they donβt have in Kota Kemuning ?), upcoming Petrol Station with McDonalds at Rimbayu Roundabout, Chinese primary school SJKC Bukit Fraser, and multiple international schools).
Overall, Good value for money considering the size vs price when compared to the surrounding developers, though the outdoor landscaping might not be as nice as Eco Worldβs but the actual usable space within the house is huge and satisfying for the current price of RM1.7mil for a Semi-D (as of 2021). As a conclusion, four great developers creating four great townships provide great values, and βvalueβ is what keeps the property prices up and increasing in the long run.
