★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is a dump, quality of the project is the lowest I have ever seen. So many damages and problems with the finished first condo. The management is incredibly slow and unprofessional. Just look at the reviews here, half of them are from people who say they work there or outright have “Tropicana marketing” as username. That should tell you all you have to know. Don’t lose your money on this dirt property.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Guys do not buy property from Tropicana, their after sales service is trash. I've placed a booking on their Tropicana Metropark property. But loan did not go through, then Tropicana holds my booking refund for 4 months and making excuses to delay my booking refund further.
