★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The placed was rather run down. However, it is a great place to start a business due to the low rental rate. There was Jaya Grocer which attracts crowd in the evening and during weekend. Low parking rate at RM1.60 per hour. A great place to get your grocery here.

Makes it easier if and when we need to go get some stuff. Such as Jaya grocer. Hanks for wine or other non halal products. The backers son which has been there for quite a while. Florists. A pharmacy.
Tropics however needs a bit of an additional boost. The fact they are trying is a good progress. We noticed that place has tidied up quite well. A fresh coat of paint on the exterior is breathing a bit of newness to this old place.

Free parking are limited and there's celcom coverage inside the mall
