Have used Trusafe wireless security products for 2+ months, no complaints & easy to use mobile Apps. Coupled with Chubb, it provides owner with 24/7 alarm monitoring.
Very good after sales service by Trusafe, always ready and available to provide advices and support to clients.
Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been using Trusafe security system for about 1.5 years. It has been a very good experience in using the system in a smart way! Alarm system able to be controlled and monitor by just using our smart phone, this is a real convenient for us when we were away from home and still knowing what is happening at home. So far never experience any false alarm. The cctv connected is working perfectly as well as easily to check the history. There was a time an error occurred, but William was able to assist quickly remotely to solve the issue without waiting. No regret in attaching Trusafe for security system.

Nelson who was the Sales Rep was extremely attentive; he responded quickly to all our queries and even popped by each day to check on the process of the installation as well as followed up with us post installation.
The Home Alarm Installation Team were very cheerful and did their job efficiently. There were some initial problems with an alarm but they came back and resolved it.
3/5 for CCTV Installation Team.
The CCTV Installation team were rather average, they took frequent breaks on the first day and had to extend their working hours to complete installation by the next day, left a mess from drilling and hacking, rushed through the CCTV training and changed our Admin password without first checking with us. On the plus side they got the installation done and correctly identified and covered blind spots.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our family installed truSafe system after we moved in to our new house. At first we thought we don't need security for gated community, but we don't feel secure as our house has low fence and end lot. Thus, we found truSafe and would like to give it a try.
We like how truSafe system works wirelessly for my house and family. the mobile app is solid, I like how it support each members of my family. Each of us could control and well informed from our phone of every windows or doors when its opened.
