I chose this place initially of the name - I thought the name is very thoughtful.
I called and make an appointment- be sure to make appointment to avoid any disappointments
The clinic is really clean & well taken care of - there is pet carrier & foods sold.
I think what really stood out is the service & how the doctor is very informative & tirelessly give out information & tips on pets, clear info on my pets needs and condition and how to take care at home, and the vet helpers were so friendly and nice to my pets. I just love the welcoming feeling.
They also recommend some medicine and treatment for my pets- and the prices are really affordable! Do not be scared to ask anything as they are really helpful. Hope it will continue and this place is my 1# choice to bring my pets.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hey I just want to say thank you to all the staff, especially Dr. Nadiah for replying to my message and putting me in the appointment slot at very last minute due to an emergency. And also to Dr. Chan for attending to my case and consultation. I'm very glad it happened because my kitten is so much better now although in recovering process. Im truly grateful and very very happy and satisfied with your service. I've been to this vet clinic from sending my dogs to cats. They're ? reliable. Thank you for the heartwarming experience always since day 1 ❤️ you guys are doing good!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Easy to book appointment and waiting time is short. Peaceful waiting environment as it is not crowded and not intimidating for my cats who are afraid of strangers. Dr and assistant handle my cats with subtle care which help my cats calm down. I love dr chan as she always check my cat thoroughly and even give me advice on which treatment they will do accordingly. The doctor also explain about the treatment(dose, how long, how to do) and asked first before giving any supplements. Unlike another vet that i go which simply give meds and supplement without discuss anything with me (also near sri rampai).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dr Nadiah and every staff there is so nice and friendly. Dr Nadiah really treat my pet so well and gave advice and good consultation.
Just that the only thing that can further be improve is the waiting period. Now that they are fully walk-in and no longer taking bookings I had to wait for almost an hour and half. I think it will make pets restless to wait for so long. Maybe the clinic can open back bookings again and run it simultaneously with walk-in? Just some feedback.
