★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I made the booking in advance and the staff actually call me a few times to confirm my attendance. That was good service! However, expect to wear (not so hygienic) safety vest. The trip was educational with explanations from the guide but don’t expect that they will give you time time to take individual pic on the boat (definitely not this 1). Overall, informative and fun. Beautiful Terengganu.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This River cruise is really good. Price is very reasonable, and they have 4 trips in a day. The host was very friendly, curteous and informative throughout the journey. It was a 45 minutes journey but it felt very quick. Safety jacket provided to all and the boat is bigger and felt safer (compared to the other river cruise company). Highly recommended if you are going with family, especially with elderly and small children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dissapointed. Tried to book online but only tomorrow onwards available. Called river cruise office various times but no one answered. Arrived at 1.40pm and was told sold out for today. Disappointed since I am leaving for Kota Bharu early tomorrow morning. Sonce TTI River Cruise is one of the state's main tourist attractions, the state gov should ve ensured plenty of boats especially during holidays so that out of state tourists have the opportunity to have a lasting image of Kuala Trengganu. Follow the example of Melaka where everybody can take the river cruise even on short notice/walk-in - no need to buy ticket earlier.
