★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Too slow, mostly staffs are storytelling each other and forgot the patients especially the pharmacy at 5th floor! Also mostly very rude! Only some staffs were very kind to me, friendly, but they can fast working, very good!.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does not deserve even 1 star at all. Staff are very rude, especially the nurse. I got motion disability once and when I was unable to comply perfectly to the nurse guidance, she just left me lied down while muttering "ko mati jela, sape kesah" and went away. May God smite these barbarians.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the doctors are specialist but sometimes the way they treated feel scary and they are negative vibe..coz my son warded there fr 5 days i understand that my son CK level his high and he have inflammation..but they only provided treatment fr him Is antibiotics and hydration.same as Columbia treated him.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nurses & doctors are dedicated, professional & helpful. Carefully explain to patients even thru language barriers.
There's shuttle service to & from the hospital to public parking near the main road. Very good service.
My parents have their treatment at this hospital and it's thoroughly checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ How to seek medical help when you have disastrous psychiatric service to offer, unless to further deteriorate one's mental health? Nurses restrained me for few hours for an argument that too just after minutes upon reaching the ward before I was even medicated. Despite me saying sorry to the nurses involved after the incident, another nurse pushed open the bathroom door fully, without any prior warning when I was bathing regardless that I wasn't at all clothed, saying that it was taking too long. This is frightening to think that as a nurse she can be so ignorant and unsympathetic. So much of stigma against psychiatric patients even from those in medical professions that they disregard ethics and choose to follow their emotions. Although it has been five years following the incidents above, emotional trauma continue to exist. Patients in psychiatry ward are not mentally stable to state the obvious so please be professional in facing them instead of being disrespectful and having high expectations from their behaviour without medications especially when in ward.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If go to pediatric unit and see a nurse who 'jaga bilik tukar lampin' pls ask her to be polite when speaking to patient. Tell her u are nobody. Just a nurse not a doctor. Even doctors have more manners even their level are higher

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recently, my daughter was asked to referred with the gynae there. To her embarrassment, this silly doctor who saw her said you're fat and need to lose weight without having to go through the routine check and claiming she has some problem. Anyway, this silly GORDITO doctor was twice her size. He is such a bad name for a doctor and unprofessional at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to go through emergency C section due to failed induction of labour. Mostly the o an g doctors are very good and friendly, except for one doctor who I am not sure probably had a bad mood in the morning and wanted to check how effaced or dilated I am even when I am having contraction pain. She pulled my leg with harder force and I shouted in pain and she just literally gave me a death stare! So unprofessional and with that she wanted to insert catheter and again she gave me a weird looking stare when I felt uncomfortable.
O and g specialists are very very good and they really showed their concern and care
Nurses and sisters from ward 5AK are fantastic ??
