Their staff, Caleb, texted me the same day of my order to share the artwork for the engraving to ensure that Iโm okay with the positioning. As soon as my gift was completed in wrapping, i saw a nicer box and which i requested to change. Without any questions asked, they agreed to allow me to change the box. Unwrap it, change the box and re-wrap the new box. I feel so welcomed and the ladies are friendly as well as attentive to walked in customer like me .... Thumbs up for such brilliant services provided.

โ โ โ โ โ This is a great place to select a gift for a someone close and you care about. The items and finishing are top notch and the gift really has a way to convey the exact message. I order my item with engraving and was pleased to find that they contacted me to ensure I was satisfied with the artwork before setting it... and i received the item in record time, within 4 days of the order. All in all a satisfying experience.

โ โ โ โ โ I purchase a pewter plate from Tumasek as retirement gift for a colleague. Prior to rhw purchase i have lots of queries but Tumasek sales agent Caleb has patiently answered all my queries. After purchase he has constantly update me on the progress of the laser engrave.
Caleb has also gone extra mile when he found out that the delivery is halted as citilink does not have sufficient driver. To ensure my gift is deliverd to my colleague, he personally went to citilink office, retrieve d parcel and send over by lalamove.
