★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pegawai di kaunter tidak membantu. sy tertanya2, kaunter mane perlu pegi, kt mane perlu bayar. kene tanya satu2 barulah dibagitahu. muka takde senyuman langsung. kaunter hasil plak, duk main handphone. sy sengaja tak panggil, nak tgk die perasan tak ade org nk bwat bayaran. takde org lain pon tapi lambat jgak nk siapkan urusan. dh dekat 30 minit tunggu, pegawai tak muncul2.
staff at the counter didn't help. I wonder, mane must go, mane must pay. here's the only question you have to tell. face without a smile. plaque counter, play mobile phone. I didn't call you, I didn't want to pay for it. not much else but slow to get things done. In close to 30 minutes wait, the officer did not show up.
