★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM A TUPPERWARE OUTLET!
1. Store manager wont give member discount to a product (raya cookie jars in a set of three) we want simply because we were desperate to get the raya cookie jars.
2. After hearing about the discount being unavailable, we decided to take other products instead. Only then the 25% member discount is available BUT the manager seems angered because we didnt succumb to her foolish previous tricks.
3. We also were turned down by the manager quickly when we asked to warranty exchange a few lids that we bring. I feel like we were turned down because the manager didnt get us to buy the products she wanted us to buy (the one without members price in point 1)
4. My advice, dont come here if you're Malay and or have any lids or old tupperware to change (under warranty) . She wont entertain these two nicely as I personally think she only cared about money coming in rather than Tupperware customers loyalty.
5. If you planned to have 25% members discount on your purchase, dont step foot here because the Chinese manager/owner will twist your hand to buy full price (on the book) by saying the tupperware you wanted is not hers but some other distributors that is left there, thus she cannot give you members price. This is her dirty trick to new customers.
In conclusion, this is my first and last visit to this outlet. Maybe you wont experience this if youre Chinese. Thank you for reading.
