I bought flowers from JC twice and I would highly recommend them because they are:-
R - Responsive. I whatsapped JC, who kindly and quickly attended to my enquiries. Even my last minute request on my 2nd purchase.
A - Attention to details. JC was attentive to what & how I wanted my flowers to be presented. The cards were also beautifully written. I love your calligraphy!
R - Reliable. I was sent pictures of the bouquet & card before they were delivered and a picture of my loved one was sent to me once it reached him. I really liked that I was updated about it & that I could have a picture of this special moment too ?.
E - Efficient. I am satisfied with their effective service. I made a last minute request (Ayer Keroh area) the 2nd time round and JC quickly delivered results without compromising the quality.
Keep up the good work & I would certainly engage Turba Rose Melaka again for their services. Thank you, JC!
