โ โ โ โ โ Came to PG to visit an elderly relative. Itโs amazing how once you step in to realize that the home evokes such a positive aura. The first you notice is the cleanliness and how happy the elderly are. As we observed the staff going about their chores we realized that the bond they have with the elderly are so close knitted. It felt like they care for the elderly as if like their parents. Seen some homes around and this truly deserves a mention! Please keep it up! Our elderly deserves the best for all they have given up for us!

โ โ โ โ โ There is so much to like about this Care center beside the Penang Turf Club. Firstly, the staff there. You will never get a set of more professional, caring and friendly nurses and helpers. We placed our 90 Yr old dad there. They made him feel comfortable and happy. We could sense genuine care. The nurses were professional and really know their work well. They stayed in touch with us through WhatsApp. As some of us are residing overseas, the updates, photos and videos which they sent were uplifting. We also saw how there was a kind of joy as the staff cared and interacted with the residents there. At this point, it may seem that I must have some financial interest in this home to be writing such a positive review. I assure you that I am not. What I have written is genuine and what my siblings and I have experienced.
The place is homely, clean and quiet. During our home selection process, we could sense that the place was different. It was airy and felt like a home. Other places which we went to, felt like commercial institutions.
Our experience with this place is nothing short of excellent.
Thank you nurse Vic, all the wonderful nurses and staff. We really appreciate you all.

โ โ โ โ โ My father had Stage 4 cancer and was quite frail when he went to Turf View Care Centre. My family and I were very grateful for the staff at Turf View who went above and beyond their duties to ensure that my father settled in well. They took care of his complex medications and daily upkeep. The staff were always patient in addressing our questions and updated us on his conditions promptly. A nurse is always on site to deal with any medical needs. A physiotherapy program by qualified therapists was also arranged by the centre to make sure he remains mobile as long as possible. Due to my father's condition, the centre also arranged for a palliative team from Charis Hospice to review my father routinely and as and when needed. Besides the amazing service, the facility was also very peaceful, clean, bright and airy (the room even comes with aircond!). I would highly recommend this place to those who are looking for professional care for their loved ones.

I'd like to say thank you to Turf View Care Centre staff from administration to All employees incldg nurses, caregivers, janitors, kitchen staff, cooks for giving the best you can to all inmates. From the food to the cleanliness, I have no complaints. I shall recommend Turf View Care Centre if anyone should approach me. You are all greatly appreciated with your services provided in the home. I wish to say a very Big thank you to every single staff. Pls convey my msg to them. ??โโ๏ธ?????

โ โ โ โ โ Tua Ku said the nurse and staff here are very nice to him. When I visited him, Tua Ku said they have a chinese cook that cook nice food but when he crave spicy, he asked us to tabao nasi kandar for him. Hahaha. Overall clean and no smell.

โ โ โ โ โ My relative was here for post hip surgery care n the nurses took good care of aunty. The nurses gv the doctor daily updates on the wound dressing via Whatsapp and this gv us alot of assurance that aunty was in good hands.
Turf View also has inhouse physiotherapy n able to provide rehab therapy on site which was very convenient for the family because all of us are working n it was difficult to arrange to bring her to another place for physio. Aunty has recovered fully n is now back at home. The place is clean and not smelly at all.
I recommend this nursing home. ??????????

โ โ โ โ โ After a major surgery to remove a tumour in his liver, my father recuperated at Turf View until his wound completely healed. During his stay, he received excellent care. The nurse at Turf View received and diligently executed instructions from my father's surgeon. The services and aid rendered during the convalescence period probably resulted in my father's relatively speedy recovery!

โ โ โ โ โ My relative hv been staying here the last few years and our family is happy with the service and care given at Turf View. Nurses always update us the condition of my uncle. Since Covid, we cannot visit him but we regularly talk to him on videocall. The place is clean, they wash and change bedsheets everyday so there's no 'smell' like some other nursing homes we visited.
