★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't know about the boss, but the staff is not honest.
Took my wife's car for wheel balancing and rotation today. The staff ask me to do alignment, I said no need and request for balancing and rotation only.
The staff then told me that their balancing machine is not accurate but still proceed with it.
I sat there waiting thinking it will take at least 20 minutes to balance 4 wheels as it would normally take. But the they did it in 5 minutes.
I was surprised and ask how come so fast?
He just mumbled something and pointed to me the machine with "00" readings and claimed that it's all done.
I paid and drove my wife's car back only to realise that the front tire has only half flat to almost like a puncture.
I immediately drove the car back to the shop and ask the staff why this is so. Shouldn't the tires be filled up before they do the balancing?
He began diverting the topic and mumbled something and said the tire is very thick or something like that.
He then proceed to fill up and checked all my tires and I realised all the tires do not have enough air in it....
I have no proof, but I'm quite sure they did not balance the car tires.
Why? I don't know. But I was charged the full amount for the service they either didn't do or not done properly.....
I hope the boss of this shop is reading my comments.
If you don't monitor your workers properly, it's a sure way of closing your business fast.
For the record, I've been a regular to your shop. 3 of my cars are service there at one point or another. But looks like this will be the last time I'm going to send me cars there.
