★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Google shows business hour updated 1 week ago and operating hour until 10pm. However, went there last night and wanted to enter around 8:35pm (checked the time) when we were told last call is 9pm. We are okay with that as we thought anyhow we will be finished with our drinks before closing hour 10pm. When we said we are okay with the last call hour and wanted to scan mysejahtera, we were then told again that we must leave at 9pm. (Staff gave an impression she didnt want any customer to enter the store and in a rush) Very confusing.... not sure google operating hour is wrongly updated or what...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Came with my husband thinking of a nice tea. Staff told us to wait for reservation then suddenly let 3 others behind us pass us! Even they have no reservation. What a worst experience ever will not go to this place ever again. I never felt so angry like this before.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have high tea set #1837. Simple tea break. Scone a bit hard tho. Inform staff. Very receptive to my comments. Finger food is nice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not very classy and professional compared to Singapore TWGs. In fact rather disappointing as we were not able to refill our tea. Not sure if it's because we came in 7pax but each teapot comes with 3 cups. We ordered the White House tea and Silver Moon, White House tastes rather light which is great if you're not looking for something strong. Silver Moon has this sweet-sourish berry flavour. Both tastes great Food-wise, not bad too, but definitely on the pricier end.
Staffs wasn't exactly attentive. No napkins given and the tables were just wooden tables (no table cloth). Definitely prefer the service in Singapore.

1) Tiger ? Hill Tea
- a majestic blend of black teas and Darjeeling first flush teas from the celebrated Himalayan mountains.
- it’s rich and aromatic with fruity undertones, this mélange boasts hints of cocoa and sweet vanilla bean which develop into lingering notes of jungle berries palate
-it’s is mild and we like it?
2) Destiny ?Tea
-it’s a mix of green tea with passion fruit, rose , marigold and jasmine. A tea of hope, they called it ☺️
-we like the pleasant floral and fruity taste of it, where it resulted in an uplifting mood … such great vibe ?
3) TWG Shortbread Cookie ?
-the fame biscuit infused with the tart inflections of their signature Lemon Bush Tea.
-we definitely for the lemony and citrusy taste , and it’s such a delight ?
