★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love how they design the ramp up to the residence parking however most are random, which I think this is very inconvenient.
Unit layout is considered good. Easy for space planning & design. Workmanship I would give 85% among most projects I have visited and renovated throughout klang valley. It’s not the best, but can definitely be improved.
Very low density, it’s less than 300 units with 2 blocks combined!! This is definitely something a family would want to live in. Friendly neighbors and owners as I am in their group chat. It’s a good buy among the area. But the facilities are just minimum. But with the low dense, I would still prefer this condo compared to Ohako or Koi Kinrara.
We have done a renovation at block B as well as a new confirmed at block A. Due to mco, renovation is still on pending.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly neighbourhood, low density and spacious. Some common facilities are gym, pool with some children playground, bbq deck, multipurpose hall, dance pod and gourmet kitchen.
