β β β β β First , I called to ask for balloons before I come all the way 15 mins from my home. When I arrived, nobody serve me after 10 mins looking around by myself.
Then I enquire for balloons, the girl told me they cant do it today as it was busy. (But told me OK on the phone) All staff has very black face. Like super sad and black face. Even they talk to u it's super black face and rude. I wont come back

β β β β β It was an surprise balloon, the quality was awesome. The balloon can still stay for around 3 days, and the design is so cute! And the staff was friendly and careful, handling the balloon with social distancing.

β β β β β Terrible services by the staff... I drove all the way to collect the garland and I was calling to ask them if they could come down and pass me the garland. It was a simple request but they refused to do it.
I ended up couldn't get a parking and leaving with great disappointment. It was such as shame! For a customer who spend over 200 at your store, I think I deserve a little help there.
I didn't collect your garland, please refund back to me!!!
