★ ★ ★ ★ ★ my purview is the owner incapable of handling the villa for purpose of organizing big event like wedding, engagement etc. few things that owner lacking
1. Unable to provide a clear written formal do's and don'ts prior arriving mutual understanding and agreement
2. Unable to provide a clear written formal statement/clauses mentioning events that will caused "no-return-deposit"
3. As a business owner, professionally I would suggest that the owner first to produce a formal agreement; which I strongly believe could cover both owner and customer, detailing the T&Cs before dive-in accepting any customer for previously mentioned events
4. No.1-3 are vitals so as to ensure there are no suprises or hard feelings when any of the agreed T&Cs are breached
the reasons I came up with the above concerns
1. Agreement reached verbally
2. End of event deposit was not returned, owner claims she had "emotional-loss" and few other reasons which I believe was not originally mentioned
3. Without such formal agreement, owner is at the liberty of fabricating whatever reasons that she felt right for not returning deposit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Superb house decoration with moden lifestyle concept. Have private pool, but for adults only becoz of its quite deep. not suitable for kids (have to use floats or under supervision).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic. On top of the pool, the villa is fully furnished and all the utensils that you may require during your stay are available. Bedrooms are in superb condition and the bathrooms are freshingly clean.
I'll stay here anytime, for a long time

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ spacious, beautifully decorated, with private pool. a lots of sofas seating available in living rooms. very close to great restaurants like menate, nasi lemak royal, ehsan, khulafa, tu dia pak tam. good and peaceful neighborhood, i enjoy taking a walk around the area. the pool is 5ft deep, so you have to keep on eyes on your kids. a little drawback is not enough bathroom and toilet.
