★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pergi dengan member, dia buat member i punya rambut dulu. kitorang just nak cuci rambut je. supposedly cukup je kan 2 kepala 2 jam? since kitorang pergi waktu rehat jumaat 2 jam. Dia buat rambut kawan i dulu, dia cuci dia trim sikit rambut depan(requested by my friend), blow, pastu dia curl (not requested from my friend, not even ask for permission). then, masuk sorang customer yang buat appointment. i tgok jam hmmm dah down dah kenapa dia buat kawan i punya lama. i tunggu dah buka tudung tau. then dia cakap sorry dia tak boleh buat i punya rambut sbb cust yg buat appointment dah datang. I wasted my lunch hour 2 hours !!! Sangat sedih ya u buat customer mcm ni. If u tau ada cust buat appointment, u should divide how much time u have to spend to serve 2 customer.
 Go with the member, he made the member have hair first. We just want to wash your hair. supposedly enough je right 2 heads 2 hours? since we went for a 2 hour Friday break. He did my friend's hair first, he washed it, trimmed the front hair a bit (requested by my friend), blew, then he curled it (not requested from my friend, not even ask for permission). then, enter a customer who made an appointment. i tgok jam hmmm dah down dah why did he make friends i have for a long time. I'm waiting to open the lid. then he said sorry he can't make me have hair so the cust who made the appointment has come. I wasted my lunch hour 2 hours !!! Very sad yes u for this mcm customer. If u ever have a cust for an appointment, u should divide how much time u have to spend to serve 2 customers.

U can get good home cooked meals here, nice coffee from the coffee machine, do everything with your hair from wash, blow to color, rebonding and treatment and they have massage and facial treatment also (by appointment). They also have good health and beauty products at a very reasonable price. While waiting, u can chill at the sofa, listening to music...It's everything u need all in ONE PLACE. Thank you, @TY Hair & Beauty Unisex Salon for the great experience!
