Service teruk. SUPER NEED to improve! Not recommended. makeup pon tak cantik. hmm dah la big day sehari je seumur hidup. pls sesiapa nak amik bridal ni, think wisely.....
Customer yang selalu kena ingt kan apa kerja dia. sy siap buat jadual, draft everything and print out. call/ws setiap hari. baju tak siap lagi 2 minggu nak sanding :( menangis lah jugak hmmm.. bayar mahal nak dekat 8k tapi dapat refund, cuma nak tgu refund. mcm biasa kena tunggu call/ws setiap hari.
suggestion to this boutique is hire admin utk liaise dengan customer.

Customers who always have to remember what he does. sy ready to make a schedule, draft everything and print out. call / ws every day. clothes not ready yet 2 weeks to sand :( cry too hmmm .. pay expensive want close to 8k but can refund, just want tgu refund. mcm usually have to wait for call / ws every day

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dah bayar booking baju pengantin tapi disebabkan PKP 1.0, nikah dan majlis semua terpaksa tangguh.
Bila nak dihubungi semula untuk budi bicara tukar ke barang lain, susah nak dapat layanan. Telefon tak berjawap dengan alasan driving memanjang.
Bila whatsapp, tanyakan barang yang available untuk diganti, jawapan yang dibagi mengecewakan. Sudahnya nombor saya di block dan duit bayaran booking saya lesap.
Makanlah duit haram wahai makhluk Allah. Sesungguhnya tak akan halal pendapatan awak tu.
Already paid for the wedding dress booking but due to PKP 1.0, the wedding and ceremony all had to be postponed.
When you want to be contacted again for the discretion to change to another item, it is difficult to get service. The phone did not answer due to prolonged driving.
When whatsapp, ask which items are available for replacement, the answers shared are disappointing. Finally, my number was blocked and my booking fee was lost.

Apoinmnt clothes I don't know how many times. There are no clothes. Get a day before marriage. Said to repair. Last2 husbnd pkai baju melayu tercekik kolar baju. Definitely refund money a year bg opportunity. Last2 ilanggggg. Call tk jwb. Msg tk reply. So many reviews from sy that are heartwarming. Match the faces ?

Setiap kali nak jumpa appointment kena buat payment
1st payment lock promo (kononnya)
2nd payment (appointment measurement baju) nak bagi F2F taknak, kena bayar online before jumpa, alasan nak lock date appointment. ok lah bayar then jumpa, g sana butik dia buat dalam perumahan semi D (dalam rumah k, mybe sewa rumah utk butik), bersepah baju dan segalanya mcm baru nk setup (time tu positive lg)
3rd payment (full paid) kena bayar untuk jumpa 1st fitting, nak bayar depan2 taknak alasan nak lock date, at the end MCO tak boleh rentas KL wilayah to Selangor then dia whatsapp terpaksa ditunda sebab dia pun tk boleh rentas ke Rawang. Lepastu whatsapp utk update date majlis since skrg dah ada kelonggaran. dia MIA with full payment yg dah buat, baju tak dapat tgok rupa lgi, smpi skrg ws call takde response. mula2 ws single tick but dh double tick thats means dia dah baca. kejam betul manusia mcm ni makan duit haram. selalunya baju dgn others butik byr selepas siap tapi sebab terms dia as customer kita ikut je tapi dia tipu kita plak, bawak lari duit org tak berkat hidup tu. makan duit haram. Report la police kalau korg kena dengan butik ni jgn diam je, 1.5k bukan sikit okay.
DO NOT DEAL WITH THIS BOUTIQUE
Every time you want to meet an appointment, you have to make a payment
1st payment lock promo (supposedly)
2nd payment (shirt measurement appointment) want for F2F taknak, have to pay online before meeting, reason want to lock appointment date. ok, pay then meet, there's a boutique he made in a semi -D housing (in my house, mybe rents a house for a boutique), littered clothes and everything is new mcm nk setup (time is positive lg)
3rd payment (full paid) has to be paid to find the 1st fitting, I want to pay in advance, I don't want a reason to lock the date, at the end MCO can't cross KL region to Selangor then he whatsapp had to be postponed because he can't cross to Rawang. Then whatsapp to update the date of the ceremony since now there is a relaxation. He's MIA with the full payment I've made, the clothes can't be worn anymore, so now there's no response from the call. mula2 ws single tick but dh double tick thats means he has read. It's really cruel for people like this to eat illegal money. usually clothes with others boutique byr after ready but because of the terms he as a customer we follow je but he cheated us plaque, I ran away org money not thanks to that life. eating illicit money. Report to the police if you get hit by this boutique, don't shut up, 1.5k is not a bit okay.

sy review utk 2020. tergerak hati nak review supaya org lain tk terkena. hm
