We just asked few questions about the Oven and she uses an impatient tone to communicate with customers. We hope U electric management can take this issue seriously. ????????

β β β β β Very poor service!!! i called the shop on wed regarding my Aircond compressor not working the lady asked me to whatsapp the receipt and i sent. She said tech will call me but till now no one call me when i whatsapp them also not replying when i called the shop again a guy was spoke to me and his tone was very rude and he claim normally will take 3 to 4 days to tech call me!!! What the is going on!!! If he said will take time to attend ok i understand but he said will take 3 to 4day to reach me.And he dont want to take responsibility he said heβs not handling whatsapp Number the lady handling whatsapp she is on off. Ohw my god!!! you see how many reason he giving me. And after few mint i received Msg that tech will contact me within 3 to 7 working days. I already told them im working on night shift i cant sleep at day time without Aircond but the their responds like hell!!!! I will post the screenshot Of the conversation. ( i deleted MY receipt which i sent due to safely purpose because there is my house address in the receipt) MANAGEMENT KINDLY TAKE ACTION REGARDING THIS ISSUE AND I SAW SO MANY NEGATIVE REVIEWS AS WELL. If continuesly happend like this very soon you going to close your business.

β β β β β Horrible service!! We were asking if there is a ready stock the specific model oven that we interested to buy. The worker walked in and out from the store and ignore us subsequently. Then, we asked again if there is ready stock for the oven that we wanted, the worker replied us nastily by saying βpay first la!!!β
