★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Why not add the service centre at Selangor? Why have 2 only are Klang and Subang Jaya. I come klang centre, the customer so much. And the queue of customer not move, the same line. May be on Saturday, many people come to centre. So can add time our not 1pm but to 5pm

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff didn't even know their own packages. Wanted to redeem a phone. Phoned in, got a different story. Went there, got a different story. At one point, we almost signed up, their manager suddenly said phone couldn't be redeemed. Had to cancel the whole thing. Few weeks later, went back there with another set of staff, redemption successful. What a waste of time.
