โ โ โ โ โ Worst service center ever comes across! Went there to check on my card. They said card had problems, but they can't change it. Told me to go to Ipoh to fix it.
If a service center can't fix this kind of simple problem, what is the purpose to be there?
After that, called up U Mobile customer service. Told them what happened. They said all service center should be able to fix this kind of small issue. They not sure what happened.
I hope U Mobile can step up their service in this place, otherwise in the long term, they will lose their customer base.
