★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Result for RTK antigen not delivered as per promised (within 1 hour) or per their banner (immediate). Called office and mobile number many times but answer. Replied message saying that result will be slightly delay due to high case but not informing earlier (before taking the test) about this. Been waited almost 12 hours but still not receiving result.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My wife tested before 10am this morning, now is 5 to 8pm. But still waiting. We paid for RM285 as we need the result urgently. But it seems like been cheated.
I called a couple of time to your clinic but nobody answered.
We paid higher price for fast result because we need the result urgently. But it has been ruin our plan. It is terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went for walk in Pfizer booster today. I called before coming to confirm if it's available. Total time it took from my arrival to getting the booster shot was less than 10 mins. All staff were very friendly and gave good advice and were very efficient.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there for Pfizer booster shot in the morning. Total duration from waiting till vaccination took 1 hour. Process is smooth and clear, staff and doctor are friendly as well. Kudos to the female staff who is so patient and helpful despite need to serve an amount of patients (some foreigners are hard to communicate with) on the spot and on phone call at the same time. However, all the best in finding car park especially during peak hour
