★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please do not send your pets, especially small ones here. We sent our chihuahua for grooming. When we collected him the his ear had a deep cut. It was a cut whereby the right ear was torn. All they did was put some cheap powder. And the stupid lady boss only kept saying sorry. And this was not the first they cut and injured my pet's ear. The boss is using cheap workers to do the grooming. They are not proffessional at all. And to prove she was guilty she even give a cheapo RM 5 discount. Pls blacklist this pet shop. And do not buy pets from them. Because they are selling unhealthy puppies. Please help to report to the authorities

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have been using upets for more than 4 years after we change our pet store and it was the best decision. Every time we bring our dog for boarding she is happy to go upets. They are very friendly. Prices are reasonable service quality is really good. I suggest upets to everyone woth no hesitation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly business owner. A new dog owner. Went to purchase all the items from them. Able to give discounts. Their price is considered reasonable. Cheaper than Singapore by a few dollars. Understand their products sold. Compared to "my grooming salon" nearby, it's far better. Variety is not a lot but it's still more than most shop houses I went. Location is also good, apart from restraunts, there are DIY shops nearby
