★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unfriendly people especially their instructors. Not sure if they have dive masters. Most are instructors who act like big bosses. The staffs are all right. My friends and I were not welcome. No proper briefing and we were expected to find out about our dive from the board. We were not informed who was our instructor then suddenly were told to get on the boat, yet don't know which boat. When we got on the boat, no introduction and we were not aware who are the students and who are instructors or dive masters. We asked then only they introduced. It's important to know who are we diving with so that we can be cautious as it involves safety of everyone in the trip.
We were lead by fresh instructors who were also training few students. They were few 'assistants' however they are not experienced divers - either advanced divers or in the course of taking rescue or dive master course. No buddy check system. Overall it's bad.
No doubt they have good marketing strategy but the reality is not good. It appeared to be good for open water divers as they are freshies and can't compare. But trust me, other places offer better courses with proper training. My friend took advanced course but did most of his classes at shore within 4m depth! This is worse than open water course. The instructor (not to mention name) is such a lazy one.
Overall bad and I strongly do not recommend udive.
