★ ★ ★ ★ ★ bad salesman service. simply barged in the house w/o introducing his name and just unplugged all my existing gas tube and valve without informing ahead what is he doing to do next...guess what, live fire performance from gas fresh from the tank (seriously are u trying to burn down my place?!). Regular valve & tube cost Rm 30+, they are selling at almost 7x price from the regular one. kononnya teknologi canggih but your salesman service is a no no. pls think twice before you let their salesman enter your premise, they will just say check gas but did not tell you their actual purpose is to sell you their Italian made products.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They stand outside my house, keep telling us that dun be scared, they have license, under 1mdb, have campaign to check your gas system. I asked them where is your license, they just show me the name tag hanging on the neck. I asked them if they sent by government to check. They just repeated that they have license, under 1mdb etc.
Well, a quick look around. Nobody allow your team to go in. Hmm good suggestions to the owner to train your saleperson:
If you want to cheat people, please
1) understand what is the meaning of Sdn Bhd first, before you come and keep telling me you are under 1MDB. Goverment owned seldom use Sdn Bhd. Please check what color 1MDB always use to wear first before you wear like you working in Petronas.
2) what is the difference between a nametag and a license. When people asked about the license, showing them your name tag means you trying to sale something. Our officer from government knew how to proof their identities, do you?
3) When we have a good friend, "Google". Best way to do business is to build trust and honesty. If you trying to sell, just simply said you can help to check, and you have good products to recomment. Not simply pretend like you are working for government. Person working for government, when they reach our house, they can show their sincerely to help us. But your saleperson, just simply said "we came here because we want to help you, if you scare, anything happen to your house is not our issue." Hmm, my personal experience, officers from govermment never said such rude words to me before. Only scammers said these kind of words.
Sorry, but your saleperson's performance and attitude is really too bad, or if you really a gocernment owned company as you claimed, please show people that you really work for government, not your attitude as a scammer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sales person comes to your house and says they need to check your "tong gas" then proceeds to sell you their merch in a very patronising way. Spoke to us like we were retarded for an entire 15mins. They are dressed in Petronas green uniform, making many customers believe that they are actually conducting a legit PSA. Never met a salesman as terrible as the one who came to my house. He left without reinstalling back my gas pipe and regulator. Bad, bad, bad!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As stated by other reviews, they will try to get in to your house without clarifying their purpose initially. Upon checking your gas tong. They will bring up the gas leaking issues when you're using those transparent gas tube, and tries to sell you their product. I managed to ask them leave without allowing them quoting the price for the product and services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reminder to all people out there, government will never ever check you gas cuz they will never care about it. So DO NOT OPEN DOOR FOR THEM EVEN THEY WEAR UNIFORM, they will forced hard sales item to you and said that your gas is danger and scared you so that you buy immediately. And for UGS, please stop this kind of action, if it is not your company's service, sued them and do something to it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ scam as mention in other 1 star reviews,said some house a few feet away have gas leak problems thought is government people so let him enter the house..at first said want to check,my family member ask change pipe need to pay ? said dont need, "checked"everywhere at the stove said got problem blabla need to change,then just "casually" change your gas pipe & ask for rm7X for the pipe...cheap until ask to give face mask,bad attitute
