★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have time, please do not use the service. Maybe, just maybe they are capable to handle the cleaning for house only base on the review below. From my opinion, the service is so poor, even there is a site visit also end up the same condition. Not able to evaluate the quality at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very poor service. I paid for service 4x/week for saturday,. Cleaner turned up for once and didn't bother to turn up after that. Called the agent for an answer. The agent was extremely rude. No explanation was provided by the agent. Cleaner supposed to be in the house by 8am, I have to called the agent to inform that the cleaner did not turn up. They get back to be by 8.41am with an extremely rude attitude.
The previous cleaner that was sent to me, stole the hospital pass and stamp from my house. No apologies received from the agent nor any action was taken. They have changed the cleaner but after 2 months, they sent the same cleaner back to my house and the cleaner refused to do any work and left after 30 minutes.
Paid for 4 hours job, cleaner comes and do the job for 3 hours 15 minutes and leave early. Horrible.
Please do not trust a word/ services provided by this agent. Horrible service.
The customer service Stephanie, Stella and Alan- poor attitude, did not respond to customer's enquiries professionally.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Generally this is a quite pleasant experience with the said company. I think mostly because of the supervisor Jing Sin did provide me a good cooperation to my request. The 5 star are given to him as a whole.
Basically I can categorise the performance as below :
1. Supervisor: Jing Sin responses to all my out of norm requests and the team members do follow his instructions to fulfil my requests. He can lead his team quite well. Off course I still need to do my own supervision here and there. But a big thanks to the team came to my house and really can cooperate to the max to follow my instructions. (Yes, I am quite demanding in the whole cleaning process)
2. Equipments: as for this part, I really thinks the company shall seriously considering to change your out dated equipments. Your under performed machines slowing down the cleaning process. Not only that, the machines caused my house power supply tripped many times and really confused me is my house wiring got problems?. As a claimed Professional cleaning company, you need to ensure your crews are provided with functional and efficient equipments. This is a basis requirement if you are Professional enough.
3. Attitude: Basically I m quite lucky to have a team of cleaning personnel with quite good attitude especiallyafter reading other comments. One of the day they really stayed late to do the cleaning job. Appreciate that.
As a conclusion, the trainers of the company shall go thru more thorough and detailed training before giving training to the supervisors and cleaning team. However there is not regret to engage them to perform a cleaning job for my house.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very disappointed on the service, have been engaged them for part time maid service for more than 2 years, and never missed our payment, but end up suddenly no maid turn up for usual cleaning without inform. Called the agent, she said we never make payment last invoice. We always make payment during month end and they never inform us that if no payment made can't renew following month contract. their so call reminder on payment is just whatsapp you an invoice without any further message, never call or text you to explain about the renewal policy even we haven been engaged them for 2 years. We are truly disappointed!
