Teach your staff some bloody manners andand how to behave they are nothing once customers stop coming to your place.. Only your products are good but staff at cashier just a wannabe..

โ โ โ โ โ Interesting Indian grocery store with lots of foodstuff, fruits and vegetables imported from India. Today was the first time I dropped by and was amazed by the huge collection and selection of various ginger pickles - ginger on its own, ginger with lime, tamarind and ginger, mango and ginger. I could spend a whole day here just exploring the various pickles, belimbj pickle, gooseberry pickle, garlic pickle and so on...

โ โ โ โ โ I visited umstores to buy a wristwatch,I was searching Titan brand , they have so many varieties, I found fast track, sonata brands also ....when comparing with other places prices are resonable, Titan brands are below rm 300...good customer care & friendly environment.

โ โ โ โ โ Another good place in brickfield for Indian groceries just beside the Modern and Ashoken store. The store is quite big but I still prefer Modern store. I personally feel that Modern store has better quality products and even the price is also cheaper compare to the other stores.

โ โ โ โ โ Hey Guys found a new store in brickfields um stores thats open till midnight, i was gonna flying early morning all of a sudden was about to find bag for pack my things. they do have and they got lot others too almost 5 floors man. thats cool um store.

โ โ โ โ โ I am not sure how their physical store is, but the service of their online purchase and delivery is appalling. First bad experience was when they did not inform before delivery and left my yogurt at the common space at my condo. I only found out the following day where the yogurt is not longer edible.
Second and third bad experience is the timeliness of delivery. Despite promising many times for deliver on a specific day and time, they would of then miss it. And when I try to follow up, they would read my WhatsApp msges and not reply (double blue tick). Tip is order only if you can wait up to a week for deliver and that you are always at home to receive the delivery if they do call you

โ โ โ โ โ All consumers, i had a very bad experience from this shop on buying Amul Butter of 500gm via home delivery. It tastes bad and cannot be used at all. I had informed them but they are reluctant to take back or credit back the money saying the expiry date is still there for next 20 more days. The item was It seems they deliberately selling items which are about to expire via home delivery so that customers wont have an option to check the expiry date. Usually all shops once understanding this issue would give an option as stated above but this shop didnt. So guys please have an extra care on when u purchase from this shop.
