★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Back in 2008, for 6 to 7 years, the service, post service follow up and waiting area were 5 stars. Then the quality slowly degrade until now, my latest service last month where the service advisor said they don't have stock for my Avanza hand brake and promised to call me the next day after discussion with her boss. A few weeks has past and no call what so ever. I am left with a faulty hand brake in my daily driving. The prompt follow up on promises and post service call are gone. Previously, the fully synthetic engine oil will have a small amount left. Has been like that since I service there back in 2008. Since last year, the container is always empty. Where did the 100ml or so engine oil go to? After 12 years sending my Avanza there as per the car's service schedule book, I guess it is time to find another authorises Toyota Service Center.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place to service car as they provides consultancy and will recommend the required services for your car. They have lounge and free wifi with coffee and tea. Reasonable price with the service and use original spare part.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The lady service representative was not helpful in suggesting the necessary services after long overdue of servicing for been stuck in SG. No drink is available, probably due to MCO. However the coffee machine was put with “Out of Order”, and it’s not “Not Available”. Very slow service. Would not come again.

No proper informations and expect customer to know all the technical details when the service representatives(Ms.Tan - one who leads to the service engineer) doesn't know the details properly. If can't handle the no of people do not take the bookings.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My VF accident on 1/1/2022 and send to UMW Toyota for insurance claim. Repaired for 64 days and quality was superb with warranty from Toyota. The advisor was great, polite and helpful. This appreciation goes to service advisor Mr Ruhisat Mokhtar for professional and passion. Well done UMW Toyota!
