Siew Yoke/char siew/chicken rice is great (branch of Yi Jia chicken rice in Pulau Gadong.
There are other good food selections.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ended up at this place when we saw our favourable fish mee hoon nearby was closed for the evening. A corner kopitiam with stalls for both serving daytime and night time meals. We oldered few dishes; a fried rice noodles with gravy, grilled fish and satay. Satay was pretty good but both the noodles and grilled fish were too salty for our palates. Prices are reasonable and ample parkings were available when we were there for dinner.
