★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service is awesome. Not that pack, still cozy. So far my first impression, good CS, quite fast for normal service. The free car wash is a nice add on, but don't expect much. Free drinks and some tid bits, with a vending machine. They have tyre replacement as well, can also do alignment and balancing. Good thus far

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ -Been to Kluang branch, much better.
-Took 2hr 45min for 2nd service. Only start servicing 1hr after registration. They said because short of staff on Saturday. My 1st service at Kluang only took 1hr 15min.
-No phone charging facility here. Bring your own charger.
-No inspection after car washed. Dust/spots everywhere. Rims not so clean.
-At Kluang branch, the staff will inspect before hand over to customer. My car sent back for 2nd wash after the staff spotted some dust (even the day was raining).
-Anyways, there are free ice cream, free wifi, computers for surfing, tv, free drinks, free biscuits, vending machine, surau, toilet.
-And, thanks to the cleaner for mopping the floor for me.
